正直驚きました！
なんと、20年ぶりに中国への国産牛肉の輸出が解禁されるらしいのです。
国産牛肉と書きましたが
実際に輸出の中心になるのは、国産黒毛和牛。しかも上物ばかりです。
現在、国内の和牛の枝肉、そして和牛の子牛の相場は高値で安定しています。
最近、下落基調にあるようですが、
まだまだ高水準を維持しています。
和牛の海外への輸出増加に加え、インバウンド需要、
生産農家の減少による供給不足などがその理由です。
ＥＵ向けの輸出が今後増加しそうな状況の中
13億の人口を抱える中国にも輸出が始まると
国内向けの供給が絶対的に不足するのは確実です。
品不足は、急激な価格上昇を招きます。
とにかく、今後の政府と中国との交渉や
輸出に向けた動きに注視しなければならない状況になりました。

From now on, not only the export toward EU will be increased but also the export toward China, whose population is more than 1,300,000,000, will begin. It will surely result in the shortage of national supply of Wagyu.
Eventually, the price of Wagyu will jump up suddenly.
For the time being, we have to watch carefully the movement toward the export to China.
